In short. We want everyone to be able to use this website and visit the clinic. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, and we welcome your feedback.
Our aim
EVE Women and Fertility Clinic wants people of all abilities to find information and book care easily. This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and to follow the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW) principles where relevant.
What we have done
- Text and background colours checked for contrast
- A visible keyboard focus and logical tab order
- Descriptive page titles, headings and link text
- Alt text on meaningful images
- Forms with clear labels and error messages
- Text that can be enlarged with the A / A+ control or browser zoom, up to 200 percent
- Videos and maps load only when you click, and do not play automatically
- Reduced motion respected for users who ask for it
- Works on mobile screens and with screen readers
Known limits
- Some PDF documents may not be fully accessible
- Third-party maps and embedded content may not fully meet the standard
We are working on these.
