The website provides information about EVE Women and Fertility Clinic, Dr. Swati Shree and the care we offer, and lets you ask for an appointment. It is not a substitute for a consultation.

Information on this site is general and educational. It cannot diagnose or treat you. Please do not delay or avoid seeking care because of something you read here. In an emergency, call 108 or 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
Appointment requests
Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or message. See Appointments, Cancellation and Refund.

You agree to give accurate details. Do not send emergency messages or detailed medical records through the form. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your data.

All text, images, logos and design on this site belong to EVE Women and Fertility Clinic or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not copy, republish or sell content without written permission. You may link to our pages.
Treatment and regulation
Fertility treatments such as IUI and IVF are regulated by the ART (Regulation) Act, 2021. Eligibility, consent and counselling rules apply. Nothing on this website promises a particular result.
