Editorial and medical review policy
Last updated:
In short. Every medical page is written for patients, based on named guidelines, and reviewed by Dr. Swati Shree before it is published. We show the review date and the sources.
Why this matters
Fertility and women's health decisions are important. People need information they can trust, so we explain how our content is made.
Who writes and reviews
- Written by: the clinic's content team, working from guidelines and Dr. Swati's clinical approach
- Medically reviewed by: Dr. Swati Shree, MBBS, DNB (OBG), MRCOG (UK), Karnataka Medical Council Reg. No. DLH20090000353KTK
- Her review checks accuracy, tone, and whether the page matches how she practises
Sources we use
- International and Indian clinical guidelines, such as those of ESHRE, ASRM, NICE, RCOG, WHO, FIGO, ICMR and FOGSI
- Indian law and regulations, such as the ART (Regulation) Act, 2021
- Peer-reviewed studies, where guidelines are silent
Each page lists its main sources. We do not use patient testimonials as evidence.
How we write
- Plain language, with medical terms explained
- No exaggerated claims, no outcome promises, no success-rate marketing
- Honest limits: we say what a test or treatment cannot do
- Statistics only with a named source
Updates
Pages are reviewed at least once a year, and sooner when guidelines or laws change. The "last reviewed" date shows the latest review. If we correct an error, we update the page.
What we do not do
- We do not accept payment from drug or device companies to change content
- We do not name drug brands or devices
- We do not publish patient stories or reviews, in line with Indian medical advertising rules
- We do not tell you the sex of a baby, ever
Advertising and independence
This website carries no third-party advertising. Content is funded by the clinic. Our content team does not receive commission from any treatment decision.
